I withdrew 45000 INR on 7th Oct 2024 but the amount has not been received in my account.
The status has been changed to successful but no money received.
On complaint with the app, they are not helping or resolving the issue.
It's been 11 days now and I am been harassed.
The VIP manager is a waste of time and doesn't help in getting the funds.

Kindly close the case . 1win has settled the amount to my 1win account.
Additional info about 1win- There platform is currently no longer trustworthy because of money stuck, cheating or manually magnetic control of games like crazy time or evolution games. Plinko is the worst ever now not hitting 1 also in 30 bets , forget about hitting other multipliers .
They credited the money in 1win account and took away all by making loss with cheating.

Dear Team,
I have already Shared my bank statement today as well as yesterday to the vip manager and your support team . Also I have shared the bank mail response attached regarding the issue stating there is no money received pertaining to the transaction. Resending the bank statement and mail response over mail now for the 10th time or even more. Secondly just now your customer support team has stated the transaction was failure from the payment provider end . From last 17 days I can't run to the bank and get the same asked statement and bank response on daily basis .
Request you to speak to the vip manager and also check the details shared and reinitiate the amount in priority since there has been medical emergency in my end at family and my money is stucked with you from last 17 days .
