My case started 3 months ago when all my payments were canceled, whenever I asked for information on the live chat they said to contact support by email, more than 3 months passed and no response to my questions.
Now after more than 3 months and without giving me any response they closed my account for no reason and said that I violated the casino's terms and I never violated anything I always respected everything.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that 1win Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
The account was blocked in accordance with clause 9.7 of the rules:
In accordance with clause 9.7. Rules for using the site, section General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), if a bettor commits fraudulent actions against a bookmaker company (multi-account, use of software to automate bets, playing in arbitrage situations, if the game account is not used to place bets, abuse of loyalty programs, etc.), then the bookmaker company reserves the right to stop such fraudulent activities by canceling bets and closing the bettor’s gaming account.
