I made 2 deposits. 1st was on 29th November 2025 amount 500 InR and another one on 9th December 2025 as per website transaction record. Both payments failed, but money was deducted from my bank and as well as showing transaction was successful. But casino customer support is saying both payments are failed and money is refunded, but still I did not get the money in my bank account. I have raised complaint regarding this with my bank and I got a msg from my bank they are saying that money was successfully credited to the beneficiary account. Kindly help.
