Cheating without giving bonus and marked it as successfuly credited

Gaming ID: 79925791 is my gaming ID with 1win. I participated in the tournament section event conducted by 1win and won 15k from the event, which was credited into my gaming account yesterday, and after 3 minutes, when I wanted to withdraw, I was shocked to see my balance decrease by 5k

When I contacted the support, in the meantime, my total cash was credited back, and after 11 minutes,I was again shocked to see another 10k vanish from my account suddenly

When I check the withdrawal history, it is shown to have been successfully transferred to a bank account.

Usually, withdrawal can only be possible after the verified mail gets an otp for the successful withdrawal request, and then only withdrawal will be processed.

No mail came to my registered mail address with the 1win platform, and in the first place, I never made a withdrawal request

When I immediately contacted the support team, they first said that it was a technical issue and they would change the status of the withdrawal, and promised to manually credit the account to my gaming account itself.

Finally, they asked me for a bank statement PDF to check that the withdrawal had not been done, and I also gave them.

They promised and review my statements and promised that the issue would be sorted out shortly

But when I texted today morning, they are saying that funds are already transferred to the specified account, which is hilarious, as they have conducted a thorough check of my bank statements and ensured that no funds were credite,d and the main thing is that I did not initiate any withdrawal request and even fill in my bank credentials, without which no withdrawal can be done

Finally i also did not received an email otp in the registered mail I’d with 1win ; which is also mandatory to initiate the withdrawal request successful but in this case no email were received from 1win with the otp needed for withdrawal happened.

My registered email ID is the same as before, and there is no way a withdrawal could be done when an email otp confirmation had not been sent by 1win to my email I’d.

Buenas noches, desde hace 6 días estoy intentando en hacer un retiro de S/302 soles de mi cuenta de 1win. Pasaron más 24 horas desde el primer intento, me comuniqué con los operadores y me indicaron que cancele y vuelva a intentar con otro medio. Use los 2 únicos medios de retiro y espere otras 24 horas y más y no hubo éxito.

Me comuniqué con el operador nuevamente el día de hoy 30 de abril, ya que realmente necesito el dinero y me indicaron que envíe un correo a [email protected]. Procedí a hacerlo junto a mis datos que son ID: 345447832 y posteriormente me indicaron que necesitaban confirmar mis datos y me enviaron un enlace. Hice el proceso correctamente de mi perfil, documento y facial y salió aprobado.

Luego procedí a ingresar mi cuenta, y sale como usuario bloqueado sin ningún previo aviso. Esto aparece mucho después de que mi cuenta fue verificada y aprobada, tengo captura de pantalla y además del correo por donde me enviaron el link de verificación. El mismo sistema de verificación dice "Verificación aprobada" Su verificación ha sido aprobada, ya está listo para continuar.

Acudo a ustedes para que el proceso de mi retiro se agilice, ya que ya va a pasar más de 1 semana. Y 1win no me ha enviado alguna notificación, información de lo sucedido y del porque no puedo acceder a mi cuenta.

Tengo un monto retenido que es necesario para mi día a día. Agradecería su pronto apoyo para obtener los mejores resultados y deseo saber un plazo exacto en el que mi retiro llegará a mi cuenta. Muchas gracias por su atención y tiempo.
