My account has been blocked to verify personal information and I was asked to contact the Security Department. When I contacted the Security Department on August 27th, I submitted all the required documents. I was responded to with this message (Hello! Within 14 days, a letter will be sent to you based on the results of checking your game account (the maximum time, if additional checks are necessary, can reach 30 days from the request.)
Although more than 60 days have passed and I have not been responded to or my account opened yet, I have contacted the security department daily with no response. Please ask 1win to confirm my identity and unblock my account
