My account won 554 USD and I used real money to get there

Ok I was playing with my account, depositing real money and wagering any bonus. On the 24th of March I won an amount that I wanted to cash out and I did withdrawal my first one

1st) 0.35093 BSC (see dep1 screenshot)

after the

2nd) 0.17389 BSC (see dep2 screenshot)

after the

3rd) 0.29144 BSC (see dep3 screenshot)


After all these withdrawals being successful, I won 550 and I went straight to withdrawal for a 4th time.

But after many hours of waiting I went to sleep and when I woke up my account was closed. After 3 deposits successfully, the forth which I won more than 200 euros they decided I have a duplicate account. So, just to understand, before I didn't have any duplicate accounts and I received the 3 withdrawals but for the 4th when I won more than 200 euros and tried to cashed it right away.

It took them 14 hours and when I woke up on the 26th of March I could not log in and the support answer me only once (see email transcripts). My account won 554 USD and I used real money to get there and make the wagers and everything.
