I'm taking the liberty of getting ahead of myself. I read here that the Ybets casino seemed to be dragging out KYC validations and therefore withdrawal validations for a very long time. I've been in this situation since my withdrawal request was canceled on August 22nd.
Of course, the documents weren't sent until August 25th. Initially, support told me that no KYC was required. Then my withdrawal was canceled and then blocked at the withdrawal level while waiting for the KYC to be validated, which could clearly encourage us to replay our winnings that we would like to withdraw... Which, in my case, corresponds to $627.
I therefore ask for your help so that my account is properly verified and I can make my withdrawal.
