Getting the run around
This complaint is in regards to a withdrawal request I submitted on 8/23. I have contacted the Ybets Casino team via chat multiple times (see attached). I have been given excuses for the withdrawal not being paid out on several occasions. At least 4 people said that they have "prioritized" my request. At one point, I was told that your system was down but then that I was in the queue to be paid. That is obviously not the case. The site states that there are fast withdrawals. I began to assume that maybe I was the problem, but I was then reassured by a customer support team member that everything was good on my end. Yesterday, September 2, I reached out via chat again. I was told that a manager would be contacted to assist with a resolution. Once again, I was told that I am in the queue and have to wait. I feel like I have patiently waited more than enough time.
