Didn't want to solve my withdrawal

I tried to withdraw a total of 500 euros from Ybets.

What happened was that their support team kept cancelling my withdrawals.

The first email from support:

"passed it on to the finance department to speed it up.."

The second:

"I completely understand how disheartening this situation must feel, especially after the time you’ve already waited. I want to assure you that your case is a priorit"

"Dear Player!

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our colleagues from the Finance Department have informed us that in order to speed up your withdrawal, they recommend using a different method.

What they then did was cancel the withdrawal to Revolut first, saying it didn’t work – then I tried Jeton as a payout method – that didn’t work either – then I tried sending it directly to my IBAN account – that didn’t work either. After that, they disappeared completely, and customer support stopped responding altogether.

I checked Trustpilot and realized it’s a scam site…

Then they shut down my account entirely, and I never received my 500 euros.

As we currently see, the player has used up the funds available on their balance prior to successful completion of withdrawal due to a failure on the side of the payment processor, which has returned the funds to the player's balance.

We would like to note that the player's account has been permanently closed due to a performed chargeback of their used deposit funds, which is a breach of our Terms. As such, Ybets is no longer able to investigate reasoning for failed withdrawal attempts or assist the player further.
