Delaying withdrawal once again

Ybets has had my withdraw of 330 euros for a week now pending, even though I was told it shouldnt take more than 48 hours.

I have contacted them multiple times triugh thei chat but nothing happens, just getting same kind of generic answers.

Support email haabt answered to any of my queries. Id like Ybets to process my withdraw quick.
