Delaying 999 USD withdrawal and KYC verification
Hello,
I am writing to submit a formal complaint against YBets Casino regarding a withdrawal that has not been processed for over a month, along with significant delays in verifying my KYC documents.
I initiated a withdrawal request on April 3rd, and the request was placed in "processing" status immediately. Since then, I have not received the funds.
Initially, I was informed that the provider is checking my game session, and that this would take up to 14 business days. However, over 30 calendar days have passed, and I still have not received any final update.
Additionally, my KYC verification was only requested after weeks of waiting. I submitted all required documents promptly, and I was told the verification team responds within 5 days. It has now been more than 7 days, and my KYC is still not verified. The site shows a message that I should contact support, but they only repeat generic messages and cannot provide any concrete information.
I have been patient and contacted support multiple times. Each time I received copy-paste responses like:
“We’ve forwarded your complaint to management.”
“Please wait, the provider is checking the session.”
“KYC can take up to 5 days.”
“Unfortunately, we do not handle KYC directly.”
This situation has caused me serious frustration, as I have no access to my funds and no clear timeline for when the issue will be resolved. The lack of transparency and concrete answers is unacceptable.
