I made a withdrawal request for the min. Allowed daily. Request was canceled. Said need to check with game provider before I can request a withdrawal again. This was on Jan 3 and support has no new info on when. This is a common issue with other players complaints. I have made a withdrawal in the past. Please help. Requested amount is $1000

Thanks for this update. I hope to goodness my withdrawal request will complete and Ybets says my account is not restricted. I have successful made the request to withdrawal just now .
My fingers are crossed and will wait if in fact everything goes through. A very long process here.
