Delay my withdraw for over 45 days

Hello,

At 27 of April I won around 900 euros in this casino and i ask a withdraw. The next day they blocked my withdraws. When I contact with support they told me that need to be done a providers win check and takes around 14 days BUT no more than 30 days.

After 31 days i remind them this and they open again my withdraws. Please note they didn't provide me any proof of my check or not even to unlock it looks like they use this method just to delay.

In any case i had patient and ask my withdraws again at 28 of May. And until 9 of this month none of my 2 withdraws was received. And I checked they cancel one of my withdraws and today cancel the second one too. At 9 of month also contact with their support and they told me that KYC department send me an email i checked twice and i didn't receive any email of them. I send also what they need and i didn't receive any answer. In any case i send them my passport.

First time in my life i try to receive my money for over a 45 days.

I hope you can help me.

@Future players just note that it took me 59 days to withdraw my money and if i haven't the complaint here maybe they will never give it to me.
