Withdrawal of 60 EUR delayed more than 4 working days without explanation
Hello,
I requested a withdrawal of 60 EUR on April 21, 2026, at Casino Wyns.
It has now been more than 4 working days, and the withdrawal is still pending verification.
The customer support informed me that the maximum processing time would be 3 working days. Despite my attempts to contact them, I have not received any clear explanation or update.
I would like to know why the delay has not been respected, and request the immediate processing of my withdrawal.
