Last sunday i made a withdraw to my neteller account thought that i would get paid just as fast like the last time i made a withdraw. But insted i resived this email from them

We are writing to you regarding your withdrawal request, we want to inform you that we cannot process NetellerPayout at the moment, there is a temporary issue with the payment method.

You are able to make a withdrawal via Wire Transfer, just choose this option in Cashier and enter your bank information.

We really apologize for the inconvenience.

Should you need any help do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

Can see that i am not the only one who have had this problem with the casino, think that is it bad custumer service when thay promiss that a withdraw on neteller takes 0-48 hours.

hope that they fix the problem fast, becouse a lot of players will get mad if they cant get paid on their netelleraccount.

hope that you can help so i can get paid.

Hello Lasse.

We are really sorry for the inconveniences caused with your withdrawal, it was a temporary solution to send money with the help of Wire Transfer to our clients instead of Neteller as you requested.

Your withdrawal was approved yesterday and sent to your bank account via Bank Wire, so it will take you up to 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account.
