On January the 5th i made a withdrawal of €2000. Directly i got an email to verify my account. I did this. This took 2 weeks. They did not approve my driver license and asked my passport. Anyway now after weeks my account is verified. They still not paying me out and telling me that there is an queue. I dont understand what there problem is. Keep delaying everything. Its 22 January and im still waiting for my money
