5 deposits of 6500 nok not credited

I have made 5 different deposits, and none of them have been credited. They have all failed at the casino, and I have been told for three weeks they are looking at the case.

The total amount is 6.500NOK

3.000 is from Cashlib and the rest is from Bank Transfer

Below is the confirmation from CashLib were the money has gone, as well as the casinos reply 2 weeks ago. Nothing has been done since, and the casino blames everybody but themselves
