Can anyone advise me on a situation I have with William hill casino club they haven't processed a withdrawal I made for £10.000 pounds on the 20th of November, I have been jumping through hoops for them for over a week supplying them every form of account verification known to man, with the promise of payment, & now there is nothing left for them to ask of me ,they keep saying that the relevant team are still looking in to it, I still can't believe they have done this, and what makes it ten times worse is that I deposited nearly £3000. pounds in credit card and skill transactions to win the £10.000 ,in the first place I am trying to stay calm but my patient's has truly run out and I honestly don't know what action to take, but for the record,i am willing to take any action needed in order for them not to get away with this ,even if it bankrupts me, Thanks, yours sincerely, Mrs Jennifer .
