6.1.2025 I made a 200e deposit to williamhill.com. Deposit didnt credited to account. Williamhill Finance team confirmed via email that they have got the money and asked to send documents which I did via email and in chat many times. Chat have escalated the issue many times and told that they will email me afterwards - no answer after 2 weeks. Ive been waiting to get the refund now almost one month.
