Hello,
I start playing on William Hill Casino Club. I make a big winnings and have withdrawal the money. I send my documents and they are approved.
I did this withdrawals:
16-09-2017 €10.000

Total: €30.000
This withdrawals are already over time.
The pending time is 4 days, we are now over 11days. If i count only working/business days then im at day 7. Everytime i got the same reaction on livechat from William Hill Casino Club ''We are waiting on a management Approval'' when im asking for an update or a actual status of my withdrawals.
What i have to do? I dont now more. I already called been on livechat everyday the same story. I have already called for €60,- with my mobilephone. But i dont get my winnings.
What i have to do? i dont know it. I read a lot of bad things about William Hill Casino Club.
Yesterday i won again money on William Hill Casino Club:

Total: €80.000
But this money is now in the ''normal'' pending period.
