I have been having major issues in getting my account verified following a withdrawal request of £12,000 on 21st April 2019. I have sent all documents they have requested and probably even more. I have been contact live chat everyday for an update but I just get told I will receive an email it’s been over 8 days I have heard anything. I don’t think the casino wants to pay out a huge amount of money. I just need someone to help me to resolve my account to be fully active so my withdrawal can be processed. Please can you help me.
