i won 5000 pounds on the slots, when i tried to withdraw i had to verify myself, fair enough.
my problem is that i submitted my documents almost a week ago, it says in there faq that it could take up to 72 hours, but its been over double that, every time i try to get an explanation from the live chat they just say "sorry its a different department i cant help you" or "your verification is still pending theirs nothing i can do".
i see that this seems to be an issue for a fair few other people and i'm worried that i will never get my money.
i understand that i might be being a bit hasty to write a complaint in only a week but 5000 pounds is a lot of money to me.
