Delaying my withdrawal and saying untrue things
I am a verified player at this casino. I requested a withdrawal of $710. I got in touch with the casino about this payment as I didn't receive it and it's showing up on my history as cancelled.
The casino claims that they approved and sent the payment, and that there is an issue with it on the interac side, and that I should get in touch with them.
I did. Interact says that the casino did not send me an etransfer. Not that there is an etransfer with an issue, that they did not even send it. I relayed this to the casino
They are sticking to their story and refusing to give me any further into or process the payment correctly. They say they are waiting in interact to fix it. They say it up to interac, not them
Interac has verified with me twice now that no etransfer was sent. They can't verify aor fix a tranfser that was never sent
I need have this looked into as it's appearing to be bulls***
