I have four withdrawals pending at VegasHero for 11 days totalling over £5,000. All documents have been uploaded and verified. They appear on my account but still in pending status.
I am not getting much luck with responses from emails or live chat. I am deeply concerned when reading over complaints against Vegas Hero that I may not see this money again.
An example of the transaction ID is 70010622.
