Refuse to accept withdrawal request due to system glitch

On Aug 5, 2020, I tried to make a withdrawal of $575. However, their system didn’t accept the request, customer service rep said it was due to pending withdrawals.

In fact, all withdrawals were paid (in attached email, you will see proof of these withdrawals were paid on and before Aug 3)but the system showed “pending”. According to the conversation between VBet’s supervisor and 3rd party payment processor, there was “transaction history” error on merchant side and it was a glitch.

Hence, the withdrawal should be paid but VBet declined to pay.

Please note I m still waiting for an update on this case. VBet still say there is no issue on their side. I got three payments with proofs and their system still showing three withdrawals were pending. Clearly, it’s their system glitch. They claimed I have three withdrwals pending and didn’t allow me to place a withdrawal request. This is unfair.

346 000 UAH

My request received status Pendind.

The next evening I received an email from Felix support_vbet.com:


Dear user, Vbet game account number 1613***

Hello!

We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request was rejected by the payment system FulgurPayTRX with which you tried to withdraw funds.

In this case, you can try to withdraw money again.


After which I went to the site and did everything as written in the letter, creating new withdrawal request, but after a few minutes my request was rejected.

I tried to withdraw again, but I got error ATTENTION

Client Locked.

I decided to ask support chat what's happened and received an answer:


- I am sorry the account is blocked as your playing style is not according to our terms and conditions.

- I don't understand what you're talking about. I didn't break any rules

- I have already mentioned, the details

are not shared with the customer service.


Not understanding what was happening, I decided to write to [email protected] , and told them that there must be some mistake on their part.

I received a response the next day:


Dear user

Vbet account number 1613***

For now, the account is still in the security sidebar. We cannot provide more detailed information. You can check the verification process every few days. We will send clarification requests to the appropriate department

I waited patiently, realizing that this was some kind of mistake and that soon they would figure it out and understand that I had not violated anything and they would unblock me.

I wrote every few days and received the same answer that the check was not completed yet, I couldn’t provide details and there was no deadline for completing the check.


Two months have passed and nothing has changed, I get the same answer. I can't log into my account and I can't receive money.

Two months is enough for any check and I suspect that the check could not find reasons not to pay the money and decided to do a check on me that will never end.

I attach all the evidence and screenshots.
