Banned me for nothing with balance of 30000 usd

Hello, Vbet casino banned my acvount for nothing.
8 November my account has been banned for nothing.
Balance 30000$.
Support says this is a normal procedure.
They didn’t check and didn’t give me my money back.
Tell me, can the check take so long?
I didn’t violate anything and didn’t even withdraw money, I just played slots and got banned in the middle of the game.

Pls help me, vbet.com blocked my account with 1046604 UAH (equivalently 27900 USD)

05.08.2023 i won a lot money on slot Big Bass Amazon Xtreme"

After that I made withdrawal request:

400 000 UAH

400 000 UAH

346 000 UAH

My request received status Pendind.

The next evening I received an email from Felix support_vbet.com:


Dear user, Vbet game account number 1613***

Hello!

We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request was rejected by the payment system FulgurPayTRX with which you tried to withdraw funds.

In this case, you can try to withdraw money again.


After which I went to the site and did everything as written in the letter, creating new withdrawal request, but after a few minutes my request was rejected.

I tried to withdraw again, but I got error ATTENTION

Client Locked.

I decided to ask support chat what's happened and received an answer:


- I am sorry the account is blocked as your playing style is not according to our terms and conditions.

- I don't understand what you're talking about. I didn't break any rules

- I have already mentioned, the details

are not shared with the customer service.


Not understanding what was happening, I decided to write to [email protected] , and told them that there must be some mistake on their part.

I received a response the next day:

For now, the account is still in the security sidebar. We cannot provide more detailed information. You can check the verification process every few days. We will send clarification requests to the appropriate department

I waited patiently, realizing that this was some kind of mistake and that soon they would figure it out and understand that I had not violated anything and they would unblock me.

I wrote every few days and received the same answer that the check was not completed yet, I couldn’t provide details and there was no deadline for completing the check.


Two months have passed and nothing has changed, I get the same answer. I can't log into my account and I can't receive money.

Two months is enough for any check and I suspect that the check could not find reasons not to pay the money and decided to do a check on me that will never end.

I attach all the evidence and screenshots.
