Hi

VBet confirmed there were three withdrawals (total of $1,587.5) paid out to me as below (and in screen shot #1)

The ‪56193664‬ withdrawal request was made on 03/08/2020 06:52 (GMT+4 ) and was paid on 07/08/2020 07:10:53 (GMT+4) with the amount of 612.5 CAD.

The ‪56129291‬ withdrawal request was made on 02/08/2020 13:16:26 (GMT+4 ) and was paid on 07/08/2020 07:09:02 (GMT+4) with the amount of 362.5 CAD.

The ‪56029373‬ withdrawal request was made on 01/08/2020 04:58:45 (GMT+4 ) and was paid on 07/08/2020 07:06:03 (GMT+4) with the amount of 612.5 CAD

However, I have never received them and I was asked to contact the payment processor (premier pay). Premier pay confirmed no transaction to me on those dates (screen shot #2). Hence, I have never received these withdrawals but VBet refuse to pay as they claimed they have paid it, or saying they are investigating further. The case has been dragged for a month!

Vbet is misleading you and me, why are you rejecting my complaint, I am ready to give you all types of documents regarding the payment issue.

This is my statement... I can't uplaod it and send to Vbet Casino because of a data stealer issue with Vbet Casino.

You can check it in the screenshot also the UPI transaction ID APLAPa3ded4bd539e307f0766f2bcc628c2

I connected with the bank and they are saying that the transaction was already completed by our side that's why transaction details and UTR details were provided already.

I have my bank statement but I can't upload it here because of a data stealer issue with Vbet and vVet is not doing well you know very well about Vbet and their support or response to recent complaints against them.

If AskGamblers needs additional documents related to this query I will send them to you via email ... I'm connected with Hope customer care support on behalf of AskGamblers.

Please don't reject my complaint... Everyday Vbet changes their UPI deposit gateway and they are doing scams with people

I just won on supper win on slot Dead or Alive 2 - 44,774.60 $ completely honest!!!
I made a deposit before 6000$
After I tried to withdraw funds I was blocked for history check.
The check lasted for 4 months!
Today support inform : block the account without the right to unblock.
No more info.
This casino not legit!

After that I made withdrawal request:

My request received status Pendind.

The next evening I received an email from Felix support_vbet.com:

I decided to ask support chat what's happened and received an answer:

- I don't understand what you're talking about. I didn't break any rules

are not shared with the customer service.

Not understanding what was happening, I decided to write to [email protected] , and told them that there must be some mistake on their part.

I received a response the next day:

I waited patiently, realizing that this was some kind of mistake and that soon they would figure it out and understand that I had not violated anything and they would unblock me.

I wrote every few days and received the same answer that the check was not completed yet, I couldn’t provide details and there was no deadline for completing the check.

Two months have passed and nothing has changed, I get the same answer. I can't log into my account and I can't receive money.

Two months is enough for any check and I suspect that the check could not find reasons not to pay the money and decided to do a check on me that will never end.
