Account locked without any reason

I made a first deposit of 200€. Bonus not taken. Account locked without notice or reason. no customer support available. how can i get my money back? What I think is that something suspicious is going on and the casino should be closed. They are cheating and try to steal money from customers. I think this is not the first complaint about vbet here

So here is the situation, when You registered back in 2011 (yes 7 years ago) VBET.com which is operated under Curacao License was able to accept customers from Germany. This legal situation has changed by the end of 2017, and since than we are not accepting all customers from Germany on VBET.com .Instead of this we are redirecting all our German customers to VBET.net which is operating under Malta License (MGA). So when you have registered in 2011 after 7 years you have fall ''off the radar'', thats why you were able to made Your first deposit on May 26th 2018. When relevant department has noticed Your activity, acted immediately with locking Your account as legally you cannot play at vbet.com - we simply didn't had any choice.

What we have did from our side afterwards?

- All deposits has been returned to Neteller Account used by player.
- We have offered 20 Euro Free bet without need of deposit at VBET.net
- Player has been additionally contacted by our German Country Manager who explained additionally all the situation (however so far we didn't receive any feedback)

Pls help me, vbet.com blocked my account with 1046604 UAH (equivalently 27900 USD)

05.08.2023 i won a lot money on slot Big Bass Amazon Xtreme"

After that I made withdrawal request:

400 000 UAH

400 000 UAH

346 000 UAH

My request received status Pendind.

The next evening I received an email from Felix support_vbet.com:


Dear user, Vbet game account number 1613***

Hello!

We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request was rejected by the payment system FulgurPayTRX with which you tried to withdraw funds.

In this case, you can try to withdraw money again.


After which I went to the site and did everything as written in the letter, creating new withdrawal request, but after a few minutes my request was rejected.

I tried to withdraw again, but I got error ATTENTION

Client Locked.

I decided to ask support chat what's happened and received an answer:


- I am sorry the account is blocked as your playing style is not according to our terms and conditions.

- I don't understand what you're talking about. I didn't break any rules

- I have already mentioned, the details

are not shared with the customer service.


Not understanding what was happening, I decided to write to [email protected] , and told them that there must be some mistake on their part.

I received a response the next day:

For now, the account is still in the security sidebar. We cannot provide more detailed information. You can check the verification process every few days. We will send clarification requests to the appropriate department

I waited patiently, realizing that this was some kind of mistake and that soon they would figure it out and understand that I had not violated anything and they would unblock me.

I wrote every few days and received the same answer that the check was not completed yet, I couldn’t provide details and there was no deadline for completing the check.


Two months have passed and nothing has changed, I get the same answer. I can't log into my account and I can't receive money.

Two months is enough for any check and I suspect that the check could not find reasons not to pay the money and decided to do a check on me that will never end.

I attach all the evidence and screenshots.
