Withdrawal delayed due to prolonged verification

I requested a withdrawal on 10 February 2026 for €226. After requesting the withdrawal, I was asked to provide documents for verification. I uploaded all requested documents on 11 February 2026.

Support told me verification would take 3 days, even though the verification upload page states 24 hours. It is now 17 February 2026 and I am still being told that my documents are “being processed.” I have not been given any clear timeframe for completion or a date when my withdrawal will be paid.

I have fully cooperated and provided everything required. I am very frustrated with these ongoing delays and lack of communication.

Resolution requested: Please complete verification immediately and process my €226 withdrawal without further delay, or provide a clear, firm timeline for verification and payment.

I can confirm that I have received the funds, however I am a bit confused as to the verification matter as when I checked the website I am still not verified and the website states that I am currently blocked from future withdrawals. I'd appreciate clarity on whether I am actually verified so I can make an informed decision as to whether I want to play in this casino again.
