SpinUp Casino - Account blocked for no reason

My account is blocked. I made a lot of deposits and withdrawals. After receiving the last withdrawal, I logged into my account to find out about current bonus offers.
A week later, I wanted to log into my account to make a deposit, but my account was blocked.

I wrote a letter to the support service and received this answer:
In accordance with the terms

If, by our sole decision, we find that you cheated or attempted to deceive us or any other Client in any of the Games in any way, including, among other things, game manipulation or payment fraud, or if we suspect you of payment fraud, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including refund or other recovery of payment) or a prohibited transaction (including money laundering),
We reserve the right to suspend and / or close the Account and transfer this information (along with your identity) to other Internet gaming websites, banks, credit card companies and relevant third parties.

Therefore, your account is locked.
I used only 1 personal bank card for deposits and withdrawals. I received the last payment, after which my account was blocked. I want to understand the reasons for closing the account, since the answer from the casino is not clear to me. Why was my account closed ???
Each player at any time can be blocked without a reason?
Players, do not play in this casino, as it causes suspicions of foul play.

I sent the documents to the address financ­e@s­pin­upc­asi­no.com, after which I wrote to live support. The online support could not answer me anything. The important support always gives no information - for what is it at all? I am deeply outraged that in order to solve the problem - I have to create a complaint against askgamblers. Why did you not inform me of the mail that you need additional documentation or did not call my phone number ???

SpinUp Casino - Withdrawal STILL Pending
I registered with this site 11th of January 2019. I made Three deposit of £100 so in total £300. I then had a little win and decided to withdraw the money I won the same night. I had emails the next day to send over the documents which I did the very next day I had a phone Verification as well. I was then told nothing else is needed on my part. Thursday, the 16th of January I then received an email saying everything has been approved and I will receive my funds within five working days. I have now in the meantime contacted life support as I still haven’t received my funds. Now they are saying my withdrawal is still in pending and it will be sent when they have finished. I was under the impression everything was okay and I would receive my funds with the email I received but that is not the case. I am getting told false information all the time and I really don’t see what is taking so long. I sent in all my documents and everything they needed for a “speedy withdrawal”and nearly 2 weeks later I’m still waiting. They were quick enough to take my moneyBut getting my money back is another story. If they are saying my payment is still with the financial team why did I get the email a week ago saying I will shortly receive my funds something is not adding up. I will never use this casino again, and I will tell as many people as I can to avoid it as well I’m hoping this complaint Will help to get me my money back. Please nobody use this site it’s a joke

SpinUp Casino - Account closure as it suits best to them
On Friday 26th April I received a promo email from spinup casino. I registered and deposited circa €2000. I eventually got lucky and won €5000 and submitted a deposit. As it was the weekend, the chat service advised I wouldn’t hear back until Monday. I read their verification information and decided to send my documents to ensure there were no delays with my withdrawal.

I waited on Monday 29th April for contact from their finance department but heard nothing. I decided to try log into my account to find it had been blocked.

I emailed support to find out why it had been blocked but not heard anything.

On 30th April I got an email from another part of spinup casino (oversight team) stating I had asked to block my account on one of their partner site so they blocked this site. As spinup had sent me the email to join, I hadn’t realised it was linked to 14red. I accept I had asked 14red to close my account on 16th April.

Spinup casino were happy to let me register and spend €2000 on their site, but because they don’t want to pay out the winnings, they blocked my account. Why did they not stop me registering on their website in the first place. Why not block the account sooner? Why wait until I made a withdrawal? It feels like a scam that they let you register and spend and only when they need to pay you they decide you’re blocked on partner sites.

The oversight team suggested they will refund me €300 as a goodwill gesture. I replied saying at very least I think they should refund me my deposits and void my winnings. No response from them, waiting since 30th. Suspect I will not hear anything from them.

To say they have blocked my account, they are continuing to send me promotional emails to gamble on their site.
