Declined Withdrawal requests

Hello, here is the situation.

I started playing at 24/08/22 with a 30 euro deposit and a 100% Bonus. After checking their bonus terms and t&c 's i started playing. With a little bit luck I had a total amount of 250€ after fullfilling the Bonus requirements.

I uploaded the documents they wanted and was successfully verified on 26/08/22

During that process I played some bets and was lucky. My total amount grew to 950 Euros.

On 26/08/22 I did a withdrawal request of 950 Euros. I saw in some forums that sonsofslots asks for a bankstatement and Selfie with ID before they accept the Withdrawal. I uploaded and sent them the documents on 25/08 (bankstatement) and 28/08 (Selfie with ID).

The documents were reviewed and accepted on 28/08.

"Your documents have successfully been checked. Please note that we hold the right to ask for further documentation in order to comply with our T&Cs."

On 28th I also asked the support if they need any further documents for my Withdrawal request.

A guy called Mark answered:" As I checked i have seen no further documents at the moment."

But... On 29/08/22 I received an Email that they cancelled my request and I should send them a Selfie with my ID.

I already did that a day before and It was accepted.

OK, better luck next time. I uploaded it again and sent it per Email and started a new withdrawal request.

Then, same day I received again an Email with the information to upload the Selfie.

OK, then I uploaded my Front and back of id and a Selfie. Now they received:

Front and back of id

Selfie with id

Passport

Selfie with passport

Bankstatement

Mobilebill


Today on 30/08/22 they declined my request again with the information that I have to upload the Selfie. Than i received an Email that my documents are under Review. THAN I saw in the uploads that the Selfie is declined.?????? I'm speechless. IT was accepted on 28th and the same document declined on 30th???

I Uploaded it again. And did a New Selfie.

After I contacted the Support via Chat my new Selfie is accepted.

"

We are happy to inform you that the verification process of your selfie document has been successfully completed. Your account is now verified.

Kindly note that, at our own discretion, we may ask from you additional documents regardless if your account has been previously verified by our KYC department."


On 31/8/22 I received an Email that my request was declined again. I should upload a mobile Bill... Damn i uploaded a mobilebill on 25th and it was accepted.

Ok, I uploaded it again.

I received this message the same day:

"Dear Customer,

Thank you for providing us with your documents.We would like to inform you that your documents have been reviewed.

In case further documentation is needed, you will be informed from the relevant department via e-mail."


Today 01/09/22 i received this email:

" We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request has been cancelled by the Payments Department and the amount is available in your account.

You are kindly requested to provide us with the following documents:

- An official document issued from your mobile provider, stating your full name and mobile number used upon registration."


They asked for a document again that they checked and accepted 2 times. Yesterday and on 25/8/22

This is crazy.

I sent it again via Email. And started a New request and asked the Chat what to do.

Now the chatsupport says that they want an other proof of identity?!

I sent them Photos of my ID like they wanted. (for the third time) plus a Selfie with ID. Both Was proofed and accepted.

Today I received again an Email:

"Dear Stefan,

We would like to inform you that your withdrawal of 950.00 EUR requested on Thu Sep 01 11:47:20 GMT 2022 has been cancelled by

the Payments Department and the amount is available in your account.

You are kindly requested to provide us with the following document:

- A digital photo of you holding your proof of ID document in your hands, close to your face for verification purposes"

I ve sent and uploaded it again.

I received an Email that my document is received and reviewed. Now i'm really excited which insanity is coming next.


Till now they received

Mobile Bill 3 times

Bankstatement 1 time

Passport 1 time

Passport Selfie two different total 4 times

ID 2 times

ID Selfie 3 times

Most of them. Via Email and upload.

They cancelled 11 Withdrawal requests.

Now i'm really excited which insanity is coming next.


Sorry, but now it is time for help. Please askgamblers help me to get my Withdrawal request processed.

Dear Askgamblers team, if you say the procedure was legal, then I accept it.
But I still find the whole process morally more than reprehensible. This has nothing to do with honest and serious gambling.

Nonetheless, I would like to thank you for taking up my case.

Please change the amount from €950 to €500. I have now received this.

While we can understand your point of view, the facts have been stated. There had been at least one withdrawal request while having deposited once.
