Delayed withdrawals of 1000 and 850 Euro

I joined Sonsofslots on November the 30th. I deposited a total of 900 euros. The current balance is 5 000 euros.

On Thursday (1st of December) I got my account fully verified after providing the necessary documents such as IDs, bank statements, etc. I actually got two separate verifications (see attached files Verification1 and Verification2).

On Thursday - after my verification - I tried to withdraw 1 000 euros. This was canceled on Friday the 2nd of December (see attached file Cancellation1). I needed to provide additional bank statements.

I provided them with additional bank statements on Friday. The statements were verified on Saturday the 3rd (see attached file Verification3).

I tried to withdraw 850 euros on Saturday the 3rd (again, after verification). On Monday the 5th, the withdrawal got canceled again. I needed to provide additional files, this time selfies with my IDs (see attached file Cancellation2). I provided them with selfies the same day.

On Tuesday the 4th I contacted Sonsofslots and asked how the additional verification was progressing. They answered me back the same day that the progress may take 72 hours + from the time the documents were provided (see attached file Explanation1).

Today, Thursday the 8th of December, I contacted them again to ask about the progress, as I hadn't heard back from them. There is still no response from Sonsofslots as of now. The last response was Tuesday afternoon. It has now been 72 hours + since I provided my selfies with IDs on Monday 5th.

Here is an update.

On Friday the 9th, I got my selfies with ID's approved (see attached file Verification4). This was 95 hours after I sent them on Monday the 5th (see attached file Selfies1).

Immediately after the approval on Friday I tried to withdraw 850 euros. This withdrawal is still pending, 70 hours later.

It has soon been 11 days since my account was fully verified, and I tried my first withdrawal.
