Good day

Made an easy eft deposit to slottica of the amount of R350. The money went of my account and easy eft confirmed deposit success. When I returned to the casino it states sorry deposit declined by bank. U thought maby I pressed wrong and made another deposit of R250 and exact thing happened. Contacted support and since then all the tell me is just. They can't and won't tell me anything execp just wait. I've send them all the evidence, statement, reference nr needed. My account manager now just ignores my emails and live chat just keep saying I malust wait my request is in process.... Nothing else

Hi

After about 5 weeks yes they credited my account. But not the bonus as i made a deposit to recieve deposit bonus that my do called account manager emailed me about.

When i reqeusted what about the bonus they want a screenshot of the bonus. Keep in mind this is after a month that i made the anutial deposit that they lost. That bonus is not shown in my account after said time.

Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.

We would also like to use the occasion and suggest to player to submit new complaint against the casino in question, due to the fact the bonus issue was not part of the current complaint.
