Refund declined despite their fail on a self-exclusion request
On the 29th of July 2019 I requested in live chat at slottica that they self exclude me. I had to ask live chat as there is no self exclude manual option in the website. This person failed to self exclude me and instead directed me on how to time out. I did that but obviously the temporary time out lifted after 14 days. So I deposited even more even though I had sent further emails during my time out to request I be self excluded. They told me they wouldn't talk to me at all during a time out. So i went on to deposit even more money after the temporary time out was over. I then requested to be self excluded again a few weeks later and again it was not done for me. Again I deposited even more. So I timed my self out again. I then went to live chat for the 3rd time and got a man who finally agreed to self exclude me. My complaint is that they failed after numerous requests to self exclude which kn turn caused me to continue to deposit time after time. I have had an email back from the payments team basically saying that it's my fault and they will not give me a refund.bi will attached proof of these conversations.
