Delayed payment for more than 9 days
I am a verified account holder at slott casino and already had a succesfull withdrawal in the past.
I made a deposit on the 17th of April using a 50% bonus which was offered to me. After wager completion I requested cashouts which are pending till today.
Shortly after placing the withdrawal I received a message informing me about technical difficulties with the payment provider.
In the last 9 days I asked 3 times for a timeframe or estimate but did not get any safisfying answer.
I hope this complaint can speed up the the process of receiving my money.
The amount in dispute is 7000€.
