Casino tries to delay my withdraw and force me to lose my winnings

I made a deposit (€300) without using any bonus. I already have an verified account there and also had an withdraw, that was delayed too but it came. I played some slots and managed to get some money, made 2 withdraws (€400 + €200).
Then i ask what is going on with the withdraws and they told me that there are some technical problems, but that i dont believe. Also they force me to send my winnings (withdraws) back to my account - what the hell... they want me to lose everything or what?
I attached some screenshots with that.
Please help me to get my money as fast as possible.

Hallo Askgamblers,

ich babe beim Slott Casino 4 Einzahlungen getätigt.2x 200Euro, 2x300Euro. Nun Habe ich einen Gewinn erspielt von 3750 Euro den ich versuche seit ca. 1 Woche Auszuzahlen. Mein Konto In Vollständig verifiziert. Bonus wurde Keiner in Anspruch genommen und die 4 Einzahlungen wurden auch umgesetzt. Nun bietet mir das casino momentan nur Mastercard als Auszahlung an. Ich habe die Einzahlungen per Sofort einzahlung gemacht. über mifinity versuchte ich auch schon auszuzahlen. Dort habe ich ein verifiziertes Konto, Es gibt laut Casino immer Probleme das Geld auszuzahlen. Entweder technische Störung oder Zahlung seitens des Zahlungssystems abgeleht. Nun habe ich schon mehrer Mails An den Support geschrieben und immer nur die Antwort erhalten, Störung ich solle andere Zahlungsmethode wählen. Es gibt aber nur Mastercard auf meinem Konto als Option. Mir wird nicht geholfen. Dann Habe ich eine Mail des Supports bekommen das dieses Casino zum 01.08. 2022 den Betrieb einstellen wird. Ich habe jetzt Sorge um mein Geld da ich einfach nichtmehr weiter weis.

Der Live Chat ist nicht verfügbar. Ich bitte sie zutiefst sich dieser Sache anzunehmen. Ich wäre schon froh die einzahlung wieder rauszubekommen. Ich danke Ihnen.

Einzahlung seit Mai nicht gutgeschrieben

Am 05.05.2022 habe ich 40€ bei Slott eingezahlt. Dieses Geld wurde mir nie gutgeschrieben. Ich werde vom Support hingehalten seit diesem Tag. Ich habe über den Dienst Mifinity eingezahlt. Dieser hat mir per Mail bestätigt dass das Geld beim Casino sein muss. Ich habe Beweise per Mail und kann auch die Zahlungsübersicht zeigen. Ebenfalls habe ich von E-Mail Support von Slott Beweise in denen Sie mir eine zeitnahe Lösung zusagen. Falls noch weitere E-Mail Verläufe benötigt werden, sagen Sie mir bitte Bescheid. Ich schreibe seit dem 05.05.2022 mit dem Casino.

No deposit has arrived and no response by email

I have newly registered at Slott casino on the 1st of June 2022. I have tried to deposit 150€ with them but after 12 hours to no avail. The deposit method I used is "sofort" which means with klarna it's instant banking that does not need days and to all other casinos, it works as it is supposed to.

However, I have asked them about my deposit but since then there is no reaction by email. It should be clearly stated on AskGamblers that the "live chat" of this website is not working since i have tried several times to reach out to their customer service and all that is stated is, that you may write an email because all support agents are busy.

I can proof the deposit with a clear date, and time and the third party provider "pradexx OU" seems to handle the further transaction.

So it is not clear what happens and there is no communication by this casino whatsoever.

I think this behavior is very unusual and the first time I encountered such a situation.

Delayed payment for more than 9 days

I am a verified account holder at slott casino and already had a succesfull withdrawal in the past.
I made a deposit on the 17th of April using a 50% bonus which was offered to me. After wager completion I requested cashouts which are pending till today.
Shortly after placing the withdrawal I received a message informing me about technical difficulties with the payment provider.
In the last 9 days I asked 3 times for a timeframe or estimate but did not get any safisfying answer.
I hope this complaint can speed up the the process of receiving my money.
The amount in dispute is 7000€.
