Marketing spam without consent

Hallo liebes Team, am 1.4. habe ich eine ETH Auszahlung von 80 Euro getätigt. Die Auszahlung ist auch korrekt und richtig. Seit diesem Datum reagiert der Support auf meine Anfragen immer mit der gleichen Antwort, das dass Geld in der nächsten Zeit ausgezahlt wird. Dies ist sehr mühsam und einfach für ein modernes Casino nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Ich bitte nun hier um Hilfe , da es sich um einen kleinen Betrag von 80 Euro handelt. Hello, I made 5K 23.03.2026 and on the same day I made the first withdrawal of 500 euros, the next day another 500 euros and on the third day another 500 euros, so far I have not received a single euro. They keep making excuses that they have notified the payments department and that I will be given priority, the next day they write to me that they are busy with payments, etc.

So I've been waiting for my money for a while and I don't know what to do, they're literally making a fool of me.

I am reaching out to report a serious issue regarding the online casino, Slotexo. I requested a €500 withdrawal on March 5, 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups with their support team, my withdrawal remains blocked without any clear explanation.

The casino claims to be licensed by the island of Anjouan (Comoros) under license number ALSI-152406028-F12, but after verification, it appears that this license is invalid. Furthermore, their customer service only provides vague responses without ever specifying when my withdrawal will actually be processed.

I believe I have been misled and wish to file a complaint for failure to honor commitments and possible fraud. I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and advise me on the possible steps to recover my funds.

I have a problem with Slotexo Casino.

I made a withdrawal request on August 11th.

They told me that they process it within 3 Business days but they didn't. When I ask the Support they always say "don't worry" or "it is in queue" but nothing else.

Please help me to get my 350 Euros.

I just became a member of the Slotexo site and won.

I submitted my withdrawal request, but the payment was not made. So I contacted customer service. They said the payment would be made within the first 3 business days. I waited three business days, but even though the time expired, the payment was still not made.

Then I contacted customer service again and they said they would deposit it within 3-5 business days. Now the 5th business day is about to end and when I spoke to customer service again, I was told that the payment would be made this week. If we include weekends, no payment has been made for a week and the process is being abused. 5 business days have passed, but this time there was a problem that the payment will be made this week.

As seen in the pictures, I have 3 different shooting processes and they are still pending and I think the payment will not be made.

Hi AskGemblers ! I request 2 withdrawal request of 500 euro in this casino because of the low withdrawal limit 500 euro per day! My first request was on 24.05.24 and my second request was on 26.05.24! So after 5 business day’s despite the terms and conditions says within 3 business days my first withdrawal of 500 euro was declined without any explanation and information! I find out when I login to my account that my balance is 500 euro!

Then I check and my withdrawal from 24.05.24 was declined! I contacted support but no concrete answer why.. only they hope that this time everything will be ok!! So am asking for your help because the casino obviously don’t want to pay out!!
