On 28th november I tried making several deposits on Slota, which didnt go through. Despite of this, 4000 NOK was taken from my account twice, total of 8000 NOK. It has not since been returned to my bank or been received on my casino account. I have been in contact with my bank and filed a claim to try to get the funds back. The casino is just telling me to talk to the bank.

Resolved through filing a claim/dispute with help from the bank. It took 40(!)+ days.
