I have been trying to withdraw from slotplanet since 02 October 2021 - almost 4 months. They said they had some issues with paying out to my country, but so did other casinos at the same time and they all solved it in a week or 2. Screenshot is the same answer I get every single time I ask them for updates, just copy paste. It's not in English but it translates to:
We're sorry about the wait.
The relevant department works as quickly as possible and will contact you via email when they have an update ready.
They also said that they would put the money back into my account to try a different withdraw method but that has also been 5-6 weeks and I don't have balance on the account on-site or received any payment.
4 months is way too long, problem or no problem.
the amount is 4570$.
If someone could please help me with this it would be great.
