29.3.2024 I made my withdrawal for 33€.

In my account history, it looks like it is still in progress. However, I have not got my money after 2 weeks. It's a huge problem because the bank transfers from that casino take a very long. I asked live chat and they said that my money has not been paid out yet and they are contacting relevant department.

it's not a big deal for them but for me this is. I have trusted that my money is on the way and have been waiting and waiting. however, this is huge disappointment because its not even coming to my bank yet

Hallo habe ohne Bonus gespielt,
Dann wollte ich meinen Gewinn ca. 40€ mit sportwetten auszahlen lassen. Ich habe dann eine Auszahlung beantragt nach 1 Woche tat sich nix dann habe ich nachgefragt was los ist, angeblich haben sie mir ne Mail geschickt werden konto verifizieren aber ich habe nichts erhalten.
Sie wollte diese Mail nochmal schicken was sie aber natürlich auch nicht Taten.

Auszahlung wurde trotz kompletter Verifikation abgebrochen

Ich habe bei Simsinos 100€ eingezahlt. Die Seite hat ein 100% umsatzfreien Bonus für die erste Einzahlung im Angebot. Diesen habe ich auch benutzt. Nach längerem Spielen kam ich dann auf ca 550€. Der aktive Boni lief logischerweise nicht und stand die ganze Zeit auf €0 / €100 (0.00%). Dies wurde auch auf meinem Account dokumentiert mit Gesamtbilanz 571.89€, Echtgeldsaldo 471.89€ und Bonusguthaben 100.00€. Dann wollte ich eine Auszahlung tätigen und der Live Support sagte mir, ich könnte nur 450€ auszahlen, da der 100€ Bonus aktiv ist und die bei der Auszahlung verfallen würden. Also habe ich eine Auszahlung von 450€ getätigt. Ich habe dann eine Auszahlung am 03.07.24 von 450€ beantragt und die 100€ vom Bonus sind wie vorgeschrieben verfallen. Nach Aufforderung meinen Account mit Dokumenten und Ausweisen zu verifizieren bin ich diesem nachgegangen. Dies wurde auch später im Live-Support am 05.07.24 als erfolgreich und akzeptierend bestätigt. Ebenfalls bestätigt wurde mir per email, dass alle Dokumente erfolgreich überprüft wurden. Habe dies auch nochmal explizit am 06.07.24 nachgefragt und die bestätigten mir erneut, dass alles verifiziert wurde und deren Finanzabteilung die Auszahlung bearbeiten kann. Am 06.07.24 wurde die Auszahlung plötzlich storniert und auf meinem Konto waren keine 571.89€ mehr sondern einfach nur 100€ ohne jeglichen aktivierten Bonus. Dann hab ich im Live Support nachgefragt und die meinten weil der Bonus aktiv war wurde es storniert. Aber dann überschlagen sich deren Aussagen.

Erst sagen die der Bonus kann sowieso nicht umgesetzt werden was auch der Fall war, weil der Wager überhaupt nicht lief und somit unendlich wäre.
Dann wird mir gesagt, dass die Auszahlung möglich ist und lediglich der 100€ Bonus verfällt aber die 450€ sind auszahlbar.
Dann wird mir im Live Support und per email gesagt, meine Verifizierung sind erfolgreich abgeschlossen und der Auszahlung kann nichts mehr im Wege stehen.
Plötzlich wird die Auszahlung abgebrochen und von dem ingesamt 571.89€ sind einfach nur noch 100€ auf dem Konto.

Ich fühle mich leicht betrogen, da ich gegen keine ABGs verstoßen hab.

3400eur disappeared from account

Played in this casino for 1 month. Casino + sport betting. Requested withdrawal after my account got limited and I couldn’t bet anymore. I made 3400€ and requested withdrawal of all my funds. They requested KYC by email in order to proceed with the withdrawal. I sent everything they asked for and KYC was approved. After 2 weeks with my pending withdrawal, I got an email that funds were voided due to security reasons and only my first deposit (100€) was possible to withdraw. Insane

Withdrawal delay and no response

I tried to withdraw my funds, for which I passed kyc and sent all my documents. Then, out of nowhere, I received an email that my account has been closed, not citing an article or any reason, and the emails I've been sending in regards to the withdrawal of my money haven't been responded to for 2 weeks. I have screenshots of what the casino told me and I attach them here. The amount of funds is 570 euros.

Delayed Payouts when KYC Confirmed

Joined Simsino many months back and endured endless verification issues which were significantly in excess of anything reasonable under law or required by any of the 20+ other sites I have played at. Notwithstanding that accept they can make their own policies in this regard.

Initial withdraw placed - $5000 on 30 Aug, Second $901 on 22 Oct.

KYC fully completed and acknowledged on 16 Oct yet no payments processed despite advertisements of 'fast payments' and nothing other than cut and paste 'we will forward tot he relevant department' type emails by means of reply.

Having had pending withdraws for so long and complied extensively and in good faith with their onerous KYC process I am still chasing payouts.

Further disputes were raised by what I consider questionable application of bonuses in order to refuse honouring wins, however I simply cannot be bothered to waste more hours on this (despite being confident of their culpability).

Subject of complaint thus delayed payment and no sufficient reason given.

Simsino Casino - They will not give me my money by any means

I was given no deposit no wagering free spins where the only rule was 50$ max cash out. I got to 50$ made a withdrawal request. 2 days later the asked for extra documents even though I was already verified and had made deposits prior, anyways I gave the bank statement to make my bank withdrawal.2 days later it was accepted (4 days delay) I was told to make another request for bank withdrawal, 2 days later it failed (6 days delay). I was told to enter the withdrawal data correctly even though I already had anyways I did.

2 days later it failed (8 days delay). I was then requested to make withdrawal via other means and had to reactivate my old debit card even though I didn't want to. I did and made another withdrawal request. 2 days later it was denied (10 days delay). They then asked for pictures of my mastercard. At this point I was absolutely livid. Anyways I supplied what they asked. 2 days later they accepted the again further requested kyc document (12 days delay). I then made my withdrawal request to my debit card. It was accepted, 2 days later it was failed (14 days delay).I rang my bank, there was absolutely no issues found on there end.

I have been mucked around by this casino back and forth to the point of boiled rage to the point it has affected my health, and the next good win I get I intend to pay a lawyer and file a lawsuit if i cant get this sorted. I have never in my life been mucked around by a casino to the point the stress has actually affected my health like this.

I'm verified to 10 casinos and play on a further 40-50 here and there they clearly are refusing any and all means of withdrawal and there support is only available 5-6hrs a day and its nearly impossible to get through to them and when you do, they are completely helpless and send replies that feel copy pasted (almost like talking to a bot). Please help me, I honestly don't know what to do I've been taken for an absolute ride.
