I am waiting too long for withdraw of 1300 EUR

Ich möchte eine Beschwerde einreichen über das silverplay casino.

Seit dem 23.11 warte ich auf meine Auszahlung in Höhe von 2500 Euro.

Alle Dokumente liegen bereits vor.

Ich werde immer wieder vertröstet.

Ich habe mehrfach den chat kontaktiert sowie den Support angeschrieben.

Ich habe weitere 4000 Euro die ich gerne auszahlen lassen würde aber da man nur eine Auszahlung parallel machen kann, und ich die laufende Auszahlung nicht stornieren möchte da sonst der selbe Prozess von vorne beginnt, bin ich mittlerweile echt sauer.

All my documents were validated correctly.

On this specific withdrawal (485€) the withdrawal team asked me if I wanted to confirm the withdrawal and they would apply an 8% fee and I accepted. Now it's been 12 days since the withdrawal has still been processed and I have already contacted customer service 4 times and they continue to reply the same things as if they had pre-compiled messages and they always "put it off" endlessly appealing for patience... which with all respects after 12 days I finished.

Please help me solve this problem and speed up the withdrawal of these €485, because now I don't know how to do it anymore.

I am waiting 3 days now, I sent in documents and they came back and said the address one was blurry, It works on every other casino, so I sent it again and they said send a utility bill. I explained I don't have any utility bills so they said a bank statement will do. I have sent that and they said its too blurry and not to crop it. It's not cropped. I have now sent it again using a friends better phone.

It takes at least a day to get a reply from support email, live support just keep giving same answer that it has to go through a different department. I'm waiting on withdrawal of 900 euro.

My money won't be paid out!!!

I verified myself, invested around €1000, and actually won €5000, all without any bonus offers! I've been wanting to withdraw my money for 1 week but it's not being paid out!

Apparently, it's being processed but due to understaffing and lots of payout requests, I have to be patient!

This answer has been coming for 1 week!

I just want to get my money paid out!
