Delaying withdrawal of 900 EUR
I signed up here after seeing the casino in Askgamblers, it says on your review ‘Fast withdrawals’ and this is the reason I signed up. This couldn't be farest from the truth. I am waiting 3 days now, I sent in documents and they came back and said the address one was blurry, It works on every other casino, so I sent it again and they said send a utility bill. I explained I don't have any utility bills so they said a bank statement will do. I have sent that and they said its too blurry and not to crop it. It's not cropped. I have now sent it again using a friends better phone.
It takes at least a day to get a reply from support email, live support just keep giving same answer that it has to go through a different department. I'm waiting on withdrawal of 900 euro.
