Account verified but withdrawal repeatedly cancelled and site unresponsive

Hello,

Having a nightmare with Shinywilds. Firstly they claimed the crypto coin I was trying to withdraw to would not work as there was an issue with their system. So they told me to use BTC. I did this and yet again it failed (This was weeks ago when I could last get in touch with a human).

I then tried bank transfer. I got an automated email saying the withdrawal was cancelled as I wasn't verified, even though I was told by chat I was. I went on sumsub again and it said I was verified. I requested the withdrawal again.

AGAIN the withdrawal was cancelled (Happened 3 times now) and I got the same automated message saying the profile wasn't verified. Even though it is...

Not sure what to do here as no1 is responding when I email and chat I can leave it open for 8 hours and no one responds? They also send the automated message saying my withdrawal has been cancelled from a casino called wunderwins?

They are all over the place.
