I opened an account at Royal Rabbit Casino on April 7th. I deposited 20 euros and after a few minutes I requested a withdrawal of 44.66 euros. They asked me for the documents and on April 10 the account was already verified. I still have not received my money and I consult every day in the chat without receiving a response. Thank you.

No Royal Rabbit. Your comment is incorrect. I played with deposit and bonus? Its ok. But in terms and conditions says:
If a player balance drops below EUR 0.05 or currency equivalent, the bonus will be forfeited. Item 7 from bonus terms and conditions.
The bonus disappeared because playing black jack the balance reached zero. Don't tell lies.

Delaying payout for a week

Hi I am a good costumer of mountberg casino usually they are serious, I play on rabbit casino I am VIP I have à win 14000 e they told me that they would pay me 2000 each week even if I am VIP member I was ok I have no other choice. This is very long delay, but this week I my withdrawals are still pending when I ask them why they didn't proceed my payments they told me it is in process since now more than a week situation still the same I wrote to financial team, to support to understand but they didn't.

Account verification issues

I have recently joined this casino and I am waiting to withdraw funds of 1970 - I have sent all my documents to the casino to verify my account - I have sent these on Friday and 6 days later my account still hasn’t been verified - I have spoke to several people every day on chat VIP support and they just keep telling me to wait and there is no time frame even though there terms and conditions say accounts should be verified within 2 days - I have added some screenshots and have more I can forward if you need.
Can you please help - I feel the casino is stalling in verifying my account so they don’t have to process my withdrawl and would really appreciate some help as I am getting no where with the chat support
