Withdrawal Delayed Over 10 Days

Hello, on 4th Dec. i made two withdrawals with an total amount of 3.000€ (2.000€ at 08:36 AM, 1.000€ at 10:03 PM). The withdrawal is still pending, the verification was successfull and fast.

I have written several mails to the support but i always get the same prepared answes such as "According to the information available to me, usually implementation of payments Trustly occurs within 1-2 business days after your account is verified. Please be advised as we are having to much traffic lately with withdrawals, hence the payment processing is taking longer time than its expected."

I chose bank transfer as the payment method, but it would also be possible to use another method like skrill.

I´m tired of the same answers every time, i just want my money.
