Waiting since the 6th of December 2018 on withdrawal

I requesed the withhdrawal around the 16th of November 2018 (I can not say it exactly because now I can not reach the website any more). Ten days later I wrote the first of several e-mails to the support team and got always the same answer: apologize, withdrawal is still pending, technical problems (later problems with the bank), …

In January it was even not possible to send mails to Roy Richie and the website is not reachable until now. Today I wrote an e-mail to [email protected] and got an automated reply: … serious technical issues which have led to the temporary interruption of service … funds located in your players account are safe.

Roy Richie owes me more than 1000€ and I wonder if I would ever get the money back.

I guess you all know, but it seems that Royrichie.com is down and they are gone with customers money.

Waiting for over 1000€ since mid of december. First the customer support told me, that they have some problems with withdrawals and yet, nobody is answering for 3 weeks.

Is there any chance to get the money, because they are MGA licensed or is Malta Gaming Authority just useless?

Hope for some info about it. I think many bettors were robbed from them.

I made a withdraw of 31 000 SEK on december 27th 2018 after my account got verified. Haven´t heard anything since and now the site is down and my emails don´t get delivered. Whats happening? Is royrichie out of business? Am I ever going to see that money again? Made the withdraw using bank transfer.

I made an withdraw request 2 december. verification process took until the 11 of december and i have been waiting for the money ever sense.

I have tried contacting them about the issue but i get a standardized message back " technical problems with processing your withdraw". Now the website is down and the email bounces back. It seems that Mr Roy has made a ExitScam.

I made a payout on October 27, 2018 and receive the payment on November 9, 2018 almost 2 weeks.
I made payouts on November 16, 2018 but asked to cancel and make new payout so I did that. They did not pay.
I had to re-do the payout because their cashier is having errors for payout. They did not pay.
But they asked me to make new payout again. They did not pay.
Now it's January 2019 but they still have not send the payment.
It is almost 3 months, please help me get my money!

I have 2 withdrawals with 550 and 150 EUR via Visa and Sepa since 28th of Dec. No feedback on requests from the support. They are not available as well as the website. 2000 EUR balance is available on the account which I want to withdraw as soon as possible. The entire roy richie website is down and since a couple of days not available. Whats the reason/issue?

On the 21th of December i tried to make an withdrawal of about 27500 SEK. It has been pending and i have been waiting because it says to wait 5 days. But now i see that their site is down and whn i try to email them the mail just bounces back to me. What can i do? Is there anything i can do at all or have they just vanished with my money?

Have 22K on there still and had 2 withdrawals of 1000 euro each pending dating back from December 21st.

They have just gone offline and emails are undeliverable. UNBELIEVABLE that this is possible and they can just disappear!

What now???

Askgamblers, can you still contact the contact person of RoyRichie? I mean, these people are still somewhere and they cannot just get away with this!

I requested a withdrawal about 581 € at the 26th of December. Until today the withdrawal is not proceed and nobody from the support team is answering on my complaint emails. I have already proceed the whole verification process. In my opinion RoyRichie is not playing fair. I hope you could support me to get my withdrawal released.

I have asked for withdrawal of 10,000€ pending since 11.12.2018 and withdrawal pending 5,000€ from 19.12.2018. I have asked them several times what the problem is, and they are stating they have problems with withdrawals at the moment. I think 20 days should be enough to solve those problems and pay me my money
