Hello,


I am a member of RedFlush. Over the past year I have spent well over $30,000 on this site. In the past month I have gain my VIP status back up from nothing to back to platium status. Much to my dismay - I was also offered to take up a Bonus of 5,000 points with a deposit before Wednesday the 29th Midnight (GMT). Which I made the deposit & played. No Bonus points were given. There were no deposit limits or playing limitations. So I deposited and played thinking that I would receive my 5,000 bonus points especially offered to me only. As you can see via my emails I advise that I had made my deposit for the bonus points yet nothing was given... False & misleading calims!! I have tried to take this up with them but have been pushed aside. Now since, I had slowed down my playing as this prize was given to me by the Manager - within a space of 4 minutes my 2nd place had been religated to nothing now. One stage contact via the Manager was constant - then it was nil. You can read by the emails on how the Manager works to manipulate players with false promises.


I have downloaded all correspondence in regards to this promotion and the technique used by this manager in spending more and false Bonus' in which I followed his instructions:

Hi,

Please understand that the special offer was made to the top players and we had advised that you could earn extra points within tournament that was being run at the time.
As it was the end of the tournament and there were several leading players, the same offer was made to the selected players and those that took it up did go on to earn a spot within the tournament.
As per our records, this player did win a spot on the tournament and did win a prize for her play.

Since this tournament, player has continued to play with the casino and has won several other prizes within the tournament was satisfied with all thegame play.
