I have won approx $800 and was asked to provide documents on a requested email. I have send the docs twice and it keeps bouncing back. I have ensured the size is small. When i call them they keep asking me to call another time because the system is down. When i asked their location the customer services said Africa!! But i think the casino is UK based. Is this a fraud!!?
My emails are not replied to on the same issue
