Not returning funds as promised

Dear askgamblers,
I’ve been trying so hard myself to get in contact with rakoo without any success.

I’ve been promised the 01/11 to get my refunds for all of my deposits due to my gambling issues. This was states 01/11 that rakoo will pay me back but since then they haven’t replied me. And no money are shown on my bank account.

I’ve been trying to reach them every single day for over a week and even through the live chat but as soon as they see my email they don’t respond anymore even on the chat.

Please help me out

Hi again,
I’ve been in contact with my bank and all card-refunds and account-activity are shown on my bank statement that I’ve sent to you. And like I’ve mentioned and proved it is no activity since 1 of December 2023 until end of February 2024.

So the money did not arrive to my account and therefor my bank adviced me to reach out to you and explain that if you made a refund it got sent back to you since there was never an active account or card at that time.

Could you please check with the department on your end and see that the money got refunded to you already in January?

I really am eager to solve this asap.
