Hi there, I have been facing an issue with my withdrawal since the 27th of Feb. Until now I have received nothing in my bank account. I have already contacted customer support and they said they are facing a delay, but that is unacceptable. Contact support told me it should be processed in 2-3 business days, but nothing has been processed until now.
